Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

During major aviation events such as EAA AirVenture Oshkosh and SUN 'n FUN, our crew is at the show, and processing may take a few extra days. We appreciate your patience during show weeks.

Where We Ship From

Every order ships from our home base in Wisconsin, USA.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer Standard and Expedited shipping at flat rates for domestic orders. Available options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate after the label is created.

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier volume, weather, and other factors outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing can add time to delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, for example because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
