Custom Coin Order Terms

Effective Date: July 13, 2026

These terms govern all custom coin orders quoted and produced by Aviation Soul, LLC. They accompany every custom coin quote and apply together with our Terms of Service.

Pricing

Pricing is based on the specifications and quantities listed in your proposal. Changes to size, finish, production style, color method, packaging, quantity, or delivery requirements may change final pricing.

Payment

Full payment is required prior to production. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. Sales tax will be added to Wisconsin orders unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.

Changes and Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be modified or canceled once submitted to manufacturing.

Artwork and Proof Approval

You are responsible for reviewing the final artwork proof for spelling, design, and color accuracy. Aviation Soul is not responsible for errors approved in the final proof.

By submitting artwork, logos, insignia, or reference material, you represent that you own the rights to that material or are authorized to use it, and you agree to indemnify Aviation Soul for any claims arising from material you provide.

Production Tolerances

Slight variations in color, finish, and plating may occur during manufacturing and are considered normal production tolerances.

Timelines

Estimated production and delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Portfolio and Marketing

Aviation Soul reserves the right to photograph and display completed products for portfolio, website, social media, and other marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
